Dear Heroes Race Partner, Thank you for being a part of our community. As you know, while it was a difficult decision, our team decided to postpone Heroes Race 2020 which was originally scheduled for April 4, 2020. We had hoped that postponing the race would only be temporary and we would be able to reschedule once local and state operations opened back up. We now know that there are still restrictions on large gatherings at this time and too much uncertainty about the remainder of 2020 for us to be able to carry out the race this year. Because we care about your safety and wellbeing and we value your time and your schedules, we have decided that cancelling this year’s race is the best for our Heroes Race community. Although we won’t be gathering in person this year, 100% of registration fees collected for the 2020 Heroes Race will still go directly to the two wonderful organizations that we support: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tarrant County and Cowtown Warriors. Your registration will continue to support our goal of raising funds for each of them. We believe that with your help we can lessen the economic impact of COVID-19 on our mission of supporting these organizations. Additionally, each registered participant for this year’s event will have an automatic entry to the next Heroes Race. We would be honored if you would join us for our next race.
